Everything starts with your vision. We translate mood boards, sketches, or references into concrete design directions. Our in-house designer develops technical drawings, selects suitable yarns, and defines knitting structures that match both your aesthetic and budget.
With your design direction confirmed, we source the right yarns — from natural fibers like merino, cashmere, and linen to sustainable blends. We leverage our network of premium mills in China, Italy, and Australia to meet your quality and price targets.
Our partner factories produce initial samples based on your tech packs. We then conduct in-house fitting sessions, review construction details, and communicate revisions directly on-site. The goal is to minimize rounds and get you a production-ready sample fast.
Once the sample is approved, we move to bulk production. Our team monitors every stage — from knitting and linking to washing, pressing, and final inspection. We follow AQL 2.5 standards and provide transparent progress updates throughout the process.
